Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This site is operated by Jeff Canada. This policy covers jeffcanada.com and Roadbook, the private business application used to manage bookings and scheduling.

THE WEBSITE

jeffcanada.com is hosted by Squarespace, which collects standard analytics such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location. If you join the mailing list, your email address and any details you provide are used only to send news about shows and releases. You can unsubscribe from any email, and your address is removed on request.

ROADBOOK

Roadbook is a private application used by Jeff Canada alone to run his music business. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

It connects to Google Calendar so that confirmed shows appear on the owner's own calendar. Access is limited to creating, updating and deleting calendar events for those shows. It does not read unrelated calendar entries, contacts, email or any other Google data.

Roadbook's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to keep the owner's show calendar current. It is never sold, never transferred to anyone else, never used for advertising, and never used to train any model.

Booking, financial and scheduling records are stored on a private server controlled by the owner, encrypted in transit, with encrypted backups. Nothing in Roadbook is shared with third parties except where a show is deliberately published — for example to Bandsintown — and no private event is ever published.

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends Roadbook's access to Google data.
